Standard packages read as standard
Most furniture packages buyers see today look the same, wherever the project is. International buyers notice the difference between a home that was furnished to a checklist and one that fits how they actually plan to use it: storage, beds, the outdoor space. For a developer, that is the moment of handover. A buyer who walks into a finished home is a buyer who is happy with the purchase.
One agreement instead of another supplier
We take in every delivery at our own warehouse in IJmuiden, in the Netherlands, and bring it all to Spain in one transport. Our own people put everything in place on site and take all the packaging back with them. Design, sourcing, transport and installation stay in one hand, so there is nothing extra for your site team to coordinate. From October our shop in Gata de Gorgos is open as well, a place to come and see what we do.
One house, from empty to finished
The project above is real: a full interior near Dénia, sourced, shipped and installed by us. For a development it is the same process, repeated per unit.
How the commercial side works
You buy at a net price and set your own margin toward your buyer. No commission stacked on top of a commission. We'd rather agree a wholesale relationship with you than compete for your buyer's attention after the sale.
Exact pricing depends on the package and the development, so we work that out together rather than put a number here that doesn't fit your project.
How we start
You send us the floor plan of your best-selling type.
We show you how we would furnish it: every piece with photo, name, price and size. At no cost to you.
If it fits, we agree a net price for that type, and start with one unit or a show apartment.
Who you'll be talking to
Dennis and Sabine, with their daughters Julia and Madelief. We are a family business, with a shop and showroom in IJmuiden and, from October, a shop in Gata de Gorgos.
